Hi! I'm Suzanne
I know first hand what it is like to constantly be on edge and struggle to keep up with the demands of caregiving. I wasn't taking care of myself and I felt like I was stuck in a never-ending cycle of stress and exhaustion.
It was almost unbelievable how much I changed after the twins were born. My son Steven had been born with multiple disabilities and needed constant attention. I never could relax as he might have another seizure or find something to choke on, or, or... The list goes on. I became an empty shell of who I'd been. I was irritable, unmotivated, anxious and depressed.
TESTIMONIAL
I highly recommend you to Suzanne Collins, who is a brilliant wellness & meditation coach as well as a truly remarkable person. She had the courage to heal from an aggressive and often fatal form of breast cancer, recover from a severe car accident and navigate a brain tumor brought on by a childhood riding accident. All the while, Suzanne has been devoted to her son Steven in every way, continually learning more about how to support him and advocate for his well-being. Her generosity toward those in need has been a lifelong trait, and is rooted in a genuine love for all living things. With tremendous kindness and wisdom, Suzanne brings heartfelt compassion and depth of knowledge to every course she offers. I am grateful for all she has given me!
